CloudTrim is an administrative metadata calculator. The software does not store, ingest, or process electronic Protected Health Information (ePHI) under HIPAA, nor does it touch or record payment card numbers under PCI-DSS. All payment transactions are offloaded to PayPal’s certified payment vaults.

• Single Audit Tier: Grants perpetual access to remediate and export reports for a single Microsoft 365 / Azure tenant.
• MSP Multi-Tenant Partner Tier: Grants Managed Service Providers rights to audit and produce co-branded governance deliverables across unlimited client tenants.

2.2 Independent Verification & Remediation Safety

CloudTrim provides estimated cost calculations and parameter-ready remediation scripts (e.g., Set-MgUserLicense, Remove-AzDisk). Administrators are explicitly advised to review all candidate accounts and utilize the provided Safe Dry-Run Mode (-WhatIf) prior to production execution. The operator maintains ultimate responsibility for tenant modifications.
